Джавид Гурбанов освобожден от должности председателя закрытого акционерного общества «Азербайджанские железные дороги». Соответствующее распоряжение подписал президент Азербайджана Ильхам Алиев.

 

Другим указом он был назначен заместителем министра цифрового развития и транспорта Азербайджана.

Логика есть. Он скорее всего будет курировать вторую часть названия министерства.
