Понятно о чем весь сыр-бор, вот только логику не понимаю. При чем тут "шяхид аиляси", то чего она требует это права всех граждан. Все граждане имеют право на минимальные условия жизни, такие как право на образование, на медицинские услуги, минимальные средства на пропитание и т.д.
