потому что берут кредиты под высокий процент

и еще умудряются шапку содрать

если бы мало брали то он был бы ниже

    Проценты низкие только в объявлениях и рекламах. А обращаешься в банки, объявленные 9,9% или 10,5% сразу превращаются в 19-21%. И главное то, что заявляют о 21% прямо у кассы, когда заложенное под залог имущество уже оценено и около тысячи манат уже оплачено.
