на сколько опасно многократное рентген обследование?

Здравствуйте, меня интересует как часто можно делать рентген. Например, месяц назад мне сделали рентген грудной клетки. Нужно так же сделать снимок коленного сустава и плановую маммографию. Как распределить эти обследования, не навредив здоровью?
