I do publish this post at the request of my colleagues, partners, and clients. The goal is to attract the attention of Employers, Decision-makers and people who have the authority to make job offer thus encouraging them to formulate their own opinion about the applicant.

Honestly, thanks to my experience and age, I'm rarely surprised, but it still happens from time to time.

During 2022, I met colleagues from HR, Marketing, Finance, Business Development and other areas for a cup of coffee. We were discussing business issues. These are different people who once worked with me together for the same employer or on the same project. What they have in common is that they are all attractive and intelligent women. They don't know each other, but there is a story that unites them all.

So, in the process of looking for a job, each of them was interviewed by one headhunter (male), who flirted with them, telling intimate stories from his personal life, despite the fact that he is married. He was intrusive both during the interview and after, messaging women on WhatsApp and emailing texts not somehow related to the job-seeking process. However, none of them expected they face problems if they send him off: either they have not been invited anywhere, asked questions like “Are you a conflict person?” or heard statements like “There were feedback about you which were not very encouraging.”
It's sad, so sad, it’s a sad, sad situation…

А когда было нормой с незнакомцами на съёмную дачу ездить?Раньше за одно такое предложение,его послали бы в грубой форме.

Это сейчас стало всё нормой...
