İyunun 20-də Qaçqınların və Məcburi Köçkünlərin İşləri üzrə Dövlət Komitəsinin önündə Kəlbəcər rayonunun Zallar kəndinin bir qrup sakini etiraz edib. Etirazçılar Kəlbəcərin işğaldan azad olunmasından sonra kəndlərinin yenidən qurulmasının coğrafi planı ilə razı deyillər. Etirazçıları "Qaçqınkom"un əməkdaşları və polis qəbul şöbəsinə aparıb. Qəbulda sakinləri sözügedən qurumun sədri Rövşən Rzayev qəbul edib. Sakinlər deyir, problemlərinin "yuxarılara" çatdırılacağı vəd edilib. Qaçqınkomdan isə Toplum TV-yə şifahi olaraq bildirilib ki, Zallar kəndinin sakinlərinin səsləndirdikləri problem araşdırılacaq.
