Uzun müddət Bakı Apellyasiya Məhkəməsinin və son olaraq Suraxanı rayon Məhkəməsinin hakimi olmuş Lətif Nəbiyev 3 ildir həbsdədir. O, dələduzluq etməkdə və vəzifəli şəxsin səlahiyyətlərini mənimsəməkdə təqsirləndirilib. İstintaq materiallarına görə, keçmiş hakim iki şəxsə ümumilikdə 307 min dollar ziyan vurub. Onların birini iş qurmaq adı ilə, digərini isə Bakıda dəniz kənarında torpaq almaq məqsədi ilə aldadıb pullarını alıb.
