İkinci Qarabağ müharibəsi iştirakçıları etiraz aksiyası keçirdiblər. Hadisə avqustun 1-də Əmək və Əhalinin Sosial Müdafiəsi Nazirliyi qarşısında baş verib. Onlar əlillik dərəcələrinin düzgün təyin olunmamasından şikayətçidirlər. Qazilər dəfələrlə rəsmi qurumlara müraciət etdiklərini iddia edirlər, amma məsələyə baxılmır.
