Ну там уже фирма мол компания занимается property management меньше докапываться будут. Чем если человек собственно имеет то больше копать будут хотя если один раз сесть и поговорить то следователи сразу узнают что человек просто сдавал и не был в курсе

Thats what he did. He created a company that owns his property and he owns the company. Through the company he offsets some of his expenses.

I don't believe ho would be that much in trouble even as owner. SWAt would interview him and determine his connection right away. It is easy for them.
