Слово, как ни крути, порождает действие или бездействие!
Так выпьем за то, @Bushido, чтобы слышимость общественно значимых слов была критически освоена нижним пороговым числом жителей страны и сталось бы социумно гражданской средой, не делегированно решающей собственные проблемы,  будучи услышанной тем самым  критическим числом слушателей...
Слово  есть инструмент коммуникации, потому  совсем другое дело как и куда приложиться оным; либо слон в посудной лавке, либо же, комар носа не подточит, тут уж, как говорится, тонкий весьма ньюанс...
